What have I worked on?

  • macroHelminth: re-submitted and got figshare repo made up all pretty. Need to add sessionInfo() and a bit more documentation

  • recMeeting: saw a talk about viral communities.

  • wosFail: edited and messaged Alyssa

  • annaSDM: meeting and discussion. Will push along any edits to model code this weekend.

Tonight

  • run

  • hardcoreOrNot?: decide if Finnish hardcore punk at like 8pm is something I should attend on Saturday

What should I be working on now?

  • annaSDM: check out model code

  • persistDistro: read, calculate Te, push along some of the analysis framework. Doc as you go.
