thresholdDensity: Manuscript updated, responses to reviewers done. Sent to Marty and John for comments before submission. -
nicheClass: manuscript intro and methods done. models currently running, and looking good. -
tempVar: data entered and some prelim code for pop dynamics side of things. Infection side coming along. Nearly done with scopework. -
helminthR: my recent software note will be included in a special issue in Ecography on tools for reproducible research. Cool stuff!
